	To be an authorized affiliate of Centerbase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Centerbase service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Centerbase affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. Centerbase Affiliate Program When you join the Centerbase Affiliate program, you will be supplied with a range of banners and textual links that you place within your site. When a user clicks on one of your links to Centerbase, their activity will be tracked by our affiliate software. You will earn a commission for every person who buys our product or hosted solution. Here are the benefits on why you should join the Centerbase Affiliate Program: Commission of 12-20% of sales for all software sales. Commission of 12-20% for hosted CRM solution for the first 6 months of the membership of the customer. Customer must remain active for at least 30 days before we will award the commission to the affiliate. Earn a bonus of 25% of the commissions generated by your sub affiliates. Monthly payouts via PayPal for commission payment. Commission payments will be calculated 60 days from the purchase date in order to control fraud and charge backs. Real Time tracking of the sales commission to your account information using iDevAffiliate software. Working from your home or office you can login at any time to check your sales, real time traffic statistics, account balance and see how your banners or text links are performing. The cookies identifying you as an affiliate are kept active for 180 day for all leads generated by you. Low payout threshold - Checks are sent out when you reach $50.00. Commissions are paid by Paypal to you and are calculated monthly. Any commissions not paid out are rolled over until you reach the $50.00 payout threshold. Payments are made on the 15th of each month, for the previous month. Before sending out your first commissions check, we do need to know your SSN or Tax ID!
